What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We pledge full transparency in our operations. We are currently at the tail end of the proof of brand's concept stage, while we complete our inventoried collections. As such, our products are sourced and produce in Europe and North America, and are made to order. The following delivery days are safe estimates. We do try our best to ship the products as fast as we can. Please allow 2-5 days of production time for your order to ship, with an additional average shipping days of 4-15 days. Products produced in Europe and shipped to the US takes approximately 20 days or less (and vice versa). Products produced in the US and shipped within the continental US takes 5 days or less. Tracking numbers will be updated1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 2-5 business days, please email us at xanzel.com@gmail.com. Please bear with us, as we improve continuously and quickly.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check that the address given is incorrect, please kindly notify us via email at xanzel.com@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
