Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 72 hours of placing the order. Please bear in mind that these items made upon receiving your order, therefore please give us some lead time to allow for production delays and other unforeseen logistical circumstances.  We will remain transparent with you and communicate to you any such circumstances. And should you request cancellation of the order, we will do so without hesitation. Your satisfaction and long term partnership with us is of utmost importance.

With that said, your orders will be shipped using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track them every step of the way! Packages such as customs or postal delays may be faced with delays beyond our control.
